Filippo is the founder and sole director of Luchena Real Estate.

After graduating in Management Engineering at the Politecnico in Milan, he got passionate about the Real estate world and began his professional experience in the place he loves most: Lake Como.

During his professional career he successfully completes ambitious and complex negotiations, leveraging his skills and establishing excellent relations on the territory, satisfying national and international customers.

Elena Cairoli

Management Assistant

Elena takes care of the management and coordination of the office activities and supports the collaborators at the organizational and executive level.

Graduated in Civil Engineering at the Politecnico in Milan, she gained then many years of experience in the real estate field in Como.

Elena joined the Luchena Real Estate team bringing reliability, competence, determination, autonomy and efficiency.

Michele Gelpi

Of Counsel Real Estate Attorney

Lawyer, Michele collaborates with Luchena Real Estate providing external legal advice on real estate matters.

Graduated in Law in 2004, he is member of the Order of the Lawyers of Como. He deals with civil law and in particular with real estate law and he updates continuously participating in seminars and master's degrees. Over the years he has deepened his skills in the field of contracts of sale and lease of properties for both residential and commercial use.

Diana Ivanova

Diana holds a degree in Telecommunications from the Technical University of Sofia, Bulgaria, complemented by a Master's in English Translation.

After dedicating many years to the telecommunications sector, she chose to pivot her career, ultimately arriving at the enchanting Lake Como to oversee several hotel establishments. It is within this vibrant environment that she discovered her passion for real estate, an area in which she has accumulated considerable and invaluable expertise.

Fluent in English, Italian and Bulgarian, Diana possesses a profound enthusiasm for delving into complex subjects.
